When making a dairy Sabbath with fish patties in a thin red sauce, you need carbs to complete the picture, and we’ve found the perfect fit for that. Besides, there’s a colorful and nutritious salad, goat fur pasta and a dreamy lemon pie dessert in individual cups.

Salad

A lovely salad first and foremost, and it has it all: freshness, acidity, crunch, the fat of feta cheese (you decide how much fat you have) and even glazed sweet potato cubes. The sauce without any time, you won’t overpower it and also because there is enough of it in the fish and pasta, it really is a great salad.

Maser is one of the most delicious fish for meatballs, perhaps when in a red sauce, it’s rich and spicy in just the right amount. The pancakes themselves also include parsley, coriander, a drop of ground nutmeg for flavor, tomato sauce, peppers, green olives, and a nice seasoning of garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Tasty and festive.

And for this rich, yet demanding dipping sauce, we chose a recipe from Agar Keren we’ve been waiting for only for an excuse to make us—monkey bread. The idea is that the shawl is ripped apart, with everyone ripping off a ball or two (whom we work for? At least five) and diving as much as they like. What makes it especially delicious is that each such ball passes inside a batch of butter before they all pile up on top of each other and form a tall, beautiful chock full of tanned and airy bits. Also in salad dressing they will, of course, dip the beauty.

It’s not really a disjointed pie, but it’s a lemon pie that breaks at least some tradition when it comes to presentation. The taste is still perfect, but the work here is a little easier, and forgive us – but if we can have a great dessert and save some work on ourselves – we are there.
